We’re committed to providing a smooth, enjoyable experience while protecting both your rights and ours.

1. Digital Products Only

All products available on our website are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped. Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a link to access your template via Canva.

2. Template Access & Usage

• Templates are accessed and edited via Canva. A free Canva account is sufficient — a Pro subscription is not required unless you want to resize the design.

• Your purchase grants you a personal-use license. You may edit and use the design for your own event, but you may not share, resell, or redistribute the template or any edited version.

3. Customisation Responsibility

Each template is fully editable, allowing you to change:

• Font style, size, and colour

• Text and layout

• Background colours and some icon design elements

It is your responsibility to proofread and finalise your design before downloading. We are not liable for spelling errors, incorrect details, or formatting made during personal edits. Please see our How to Use page for bleed notes.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been accessed or downloaded.

Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen, printer settings, and paper type. We recommend test printing or using a professional printer for the best result. Canva also offers printing services directly.
