Getting Started
To personalize and download your editable wedding invitation or name card from Canva:

A free Canva account is all you need – no Pro subscription required!

Step-by-Step Guide

• Click the Canva link to open the wedding template.

• Sign in or create a free account if prompted.

• Click "Use template" to start editing your own copy.

• Customize the design – update names, dates, fonts, and colors to match your theme.

Editing Wedding Name Cards

To create one for each guest:

• Click the duplicate page icon (two rectangles at the top or in the page preview).

• Edit each page with individual guest names or table numbers.

Download Your Design

1. Click "Share" (top right), then choose "Download."

2. Select your preferred file type:

   • PDF (for print)

   • PNG/JPG (for digital use)

3. Click "Download" again to save it to your device.

Printing Options

You can either:

• Print directly using Canva’s professional print service, or

• Use your own printer or any local/online print shop.
